Ordered (Wednesday) a wine/fruit basket online and provided all the necessary information to have it delivered to my boss following a death in his family.Paid extra to have it express delivered (Thursday).
I come into work on Monday, my boss was upset with me and thought we did not acknowledge his loss. I was surprised to hear he did not receive the order.
I received no email, phone call and had to make several calls and an email to find out there was a "communication problem" with the local designer.In the future I will only deal with local florists.
